About the role
We are looking for a Tech Support Intern who is interested in technology, SaaS platforms, AI products, and customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping users, solving problems, and working closely with fast-moving startup teams.
You’ll support platform users, assist with onboarding and troubleshooting, help improve user experience, and gain hands-on experience working inside an AI startup environment.
What you'll do
Assist users with onboarding and account setup
Help troubleshoot technical and platform-related issues
Support users with navigating platform workflows and tools
Help document FAQs and support processes
Track recurring issues and communicate feedback internally
Collaborate with technical and product teams
Support customer engagement and user experience improvements
Assist with support operations and platform guidance
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in AI, SaaS platforms, startups, or customer support
Basic technical troubleshooting ability
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus
IT, Business, Communications, or related majors preferred but not required
