Designed for

CEOs, Presidents, CROs, CMOs, Chief Growth Officers and senior commercial leaders responsible for complex, high-value enterprise growth.

The issue

More activity does not always create more qualified movement.

Many organizations respond to pipeline pressure by adding tools, campaigns, data and headcount. If the actual constraint sits between those activities, more volume can simply make the blind spot more expensive.

01

Target quality

The market is large, but the accounts receiving attention are not consistently the ones with the strongest commercial fit.

02

Signal relevance

Teams collect activity and intent data without knowing which signals indicate a consequential business priority.

03

Executive access

Accurate data still becomes generic outreach that never earns a credible conversation with the right stakeholder.

04

Follow-through

Context is lost between research, outreach, conversation, ownership and the next action required to sustain momentum.

What you will leave with

A sharper answer than “we need more leads.”

The roundtable will help you identify the most likely pipeline constraint, the evidence needed to validate it and the activity your organization should avoid scaling prematurely.

02

An evidence test for leadership assumptions

Questions that separate a true demand problem from a targeting, conversion, ownership or continuity problem.

03

Clearer next-action decisions

A simple framework for deciding what to protect, what to investigate and what not to scale until the evidence is stronger.

Constraint 01

Target quality

Activity can look healthy while attention is concentrated on accounts without the economics, urgency or operating conditions required for meaningful movement.

The 60-minute conversation

Structured enough to be useful. Open enough to be honest.

Is this conversation for you?

Built for leaders with a consequential growth question.

This will be especially useful if…

  • Pipeline is inconsistent despite increasing sales or marketing activity.
  • Leadership and commercial teams disagree about where growth is stalling.
  • Your organization has useful data or intent signals but weak executive response.
  • Complex handoffs make it difficult to sustain context and momentum.
  • You are considering another growth tool, campaign or hire and want better evidence first.

This is not designed as…

  • A mass webinar or one-way product presentation.
  • A public audit of individual companies.
  • A basic lead-generation tactics session.
  • A software demonstration disguised as executive education.
  • A replacement for a private diagnostic when deeper company evidence is required.
Questions

Before you request a seat

Is this a product demonstration?

No. This is a facilitated business conversation focused on the pipeline problem. ATAPIC may be referenced where relevant, but the event is not structured as a software demo.

Will the session be recorded?

The working format is designed to support a candid executive discussion. Recording and replay availability will be confirmed with registered participants before the event.

Why do you ask for a pre-event diagnostic?

The short diagnostic allows the hosts to understand the priorities, timing and unanswered questions represented in the room. Themes are used to shape the discussion and are shared only in aggregate.

Do I have to book a discovery conversation to attend?

No. Registration and attendance never depend on booking a call. The Enterprise Growth Mapping Session is an optional next step for leaders who want to examine their own workflow privately.

What happens after I register?

You will receive confirmation and event-access information by email. You may also add the event to your calendar immediately. ATAPIC will send a small number of useful preparation and reminder messages before October 27.
