ATAPIC TIPS: 5 Features Most Teams Set Up and Forget

ATAPIC TIPS covers five underused features: suppression lists to protect deliverability, duplicating high-performing newsletters, tagging leads before sourcing, checking outreach health before scaling sends, and using the Daily Briefing for a one-glance morning status update. All already available, no setup required.

None of these need a new plan, a new integration, or a call with support. They're already sitting in your account. Here are five that quietly pay for themselves once someone actually turns them on.

TIP 1  Keep a real suppression list, not a mental one.

If a contact has asked not to be emailed, bounced hard, or belongs to an account you're deliberately not pursuing, add them to the suppression list rather than just skipping them by memory. It's checked automatically across sequences and one-off sends, so nobody has to remember it case by case and it protects your sender reputation across every campaign, not just the one you're thinking about.

TIP 2  Duplicate a newsletter instead of starting from a blank one.

If last month's newsletter performed well, don't rebuild the layout from scratch. Duplicate it, swap the content, and send a test copy to yourself before it goes out. You keep the formatting that already worked and cut the setup time to almost nothing.

TIP 3  Tag before you source, not after.

It's tempting to pull a big list of new leads and sort them out later. Sorting later rarely happens. Tag leads by segment, campaign, or intent signal at the moment they're added, and every list, filter, and sequence enrollment downstream gets easier because the organizing work is already done.

TIP 4  Check your outreach health before you scale volume.

Reply rate looks fine until deliverability quietly erodes underneath it. Before increasing send volume on a campaign, glance at outreach health first, it's a faster warning sign than reply rate alone, and it catches problems while they're still cheap to fix.

TIP 5  Let the Daily Briefing replace your morning status check.

Instead of opening five different views to see what happened overnight; replies, task due dates, campaign performance set up the Daily Briefing once. It's a five-minute setup that turns into a permanent five minutes saved every single morning.

None of these are big changes. That's the point, they're the five-minute fixes that never make it to the top of a to-do list, until the day they finally do.

Not sure where one of these lives in your account? Ask your ATAPIC rep to show you live.
