Are Not Revenue
Know exactly where every deal stands.
A reply feels like a win. A booked call feels
even better. But neither pays the bills. Revenue only appears when a lead
becomes a deal and that deal moves to close.
Most teams lose track somewhere in the middle.
Outreach lives in one tool, deals in a spreadsheet, and nobody can say which
stage is stuck.
What
goes wrong without a pipeline view
•
Stalled deals hide. No one notices until the quarter ends.
•
Forecasts drift. Numbers rest on opinion, not stage data.
•
Context disappears. The deal forgets the emails that created it.

How
to run it in ATAPIC
1. Create the deal. When a lead shows real intent, link a deal to
that lead.
2. Set the stage. Place it in the right pipeline stage from day
one.
3. Move it forward. Update the stage as the conversation
progresses.
4. Review the breakdown. Check deal counts and total value by stage to
find bottlenecks.
5. Act on the gap. If too many deals sit in one stage, assign a
task and unblock them.
The
habit that matters
A pipeline is only useful when it is current.
Update stages the moment something changes, and review the stage breakdown
weekly. Five minutes of upkeep beats an hour of end-of-quarter guessing.
Try
it this week
Pull up your open deals. Make sure each has a
stage and a linked lead. Then look at the stage totals and ask one question:
where is value piling up, and why?
